In my opinion, here are the things that make GoodReader excellent: At this point, I'd actually rather read PDFs on my phone than on my laptop. Unlike every other reader I've tried, GoodReader uses it's own display engine, rather than using the iPhone OS's built-in PDF reader, and it runs circles around the competition. I picked up GoodReader about 2 weeks ago, and I am absolutely beside myself with how well it works.

It is also the first I've seen that isn't enormously frustrating to use. GoodReader is a PDF reader for the iPhone.
