By using other methods to ensure readability, GoodReader neatly sidesteps this problem. RPG texts are loaded with columns and sidebars, and tend to get butchered. Text, especially columnar text and sidebars, is often rendered out of order. I've used apps that do this, but because of the way the PDF format stores text, it's very hard to get sensible results.

It is also the first I've seen that isn't enormously frustrating to use. GoodReader is a PDF reader for the iPhone.
